WILL I MEET MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IN PERSON?
While we will not meetup in person, every session or plan booked comes with a Zoom link offering you face to face interaction any time you need it.
CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WORK ON HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR AFTER-HOURS?
Our assistants are available to work limited and full hours on holidays, weekends, or after hours if their current hours, bookings or schedule permits it. If you will be requiring any of the above let us know and we can make it work for you!
HOW DO YOU GUARANTEE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND MY COMPANY INFORMATION IS SAFE?
All clients will be given a Service Agreement to sign as well as a Mutual Non Disclosure Agreement outlining how we will protect you and your information including password vault programs, 2 Factor Authentication and more. Once you are onboarded only your assigned assistant will have access to your information.
CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT FILE MY TAXES AND OFFER OTHER FINANCIAL SERVICES?
While we do offer services such as expense reporting, credit card reconciliations, basic burn calculations, invoicing and payment, all accounting practices that are usually performed by a CPA or other financial professionals will not be offered.
CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT DO PERSONAL ASSISTING WORK OR IS IT ONLY BUSINESS?
Absolutely! If you need personal assisting only or a mix of business and personal assisting work we can do anything from personal shopping, travel planning, child care management, household care and management plus so much more.
